Frosty at Linford in the morning and a bracing walk along Mudeford beach in the evening.
Linford Brook on a cool morning. Frost evident on the grass below the Little Linford Inclosure.
Back to Linford Bottom, frost in the shade but the sun has cleared it elsewhere.
In the inclosure the tree trunks line up in the cool mist under the sunshine.
Further up the valley, the heathland between the woodlands.
The buzzard is there again, just where he was yesterday.
Down to Mudeford Beach in the evening, to let Harry stretch out and exercise his mending shoulder and make the most of the beach while we can. In a month no dogs are allowed on the beach for the rest of the spring and summer.
The Mudeford groynes stretch out into a calm sea. Hengistbury Head in the distance.
Beach huts awaiting their summer visitors.
Harry waits for a ball that we still cannot throw for him.
The setting sun is reflected in the wet sands of the receding tide.
A little further along, the obligatory couple walking hand in hand along the sand into the sunset.
The sun sinks into thick cloud.
Close to, the beach huts are colourful and have some wonderful names.
I particularly like the name of this one!
I'd love to hear from you...
