Linford – foals and flowers
Monday, May 31st, 2010
Linford for both morning and evening walks today.
"What are you looking at?".
Stretching for a scratch.
These may be the last of the bluebells this year, but I’ve rarely seen stems with so many bells on.
Even the stems are blue on these blooms.
Larch leaves bursting forth.
The last of the bluebells in the woods, not as blue as a couple of weeks ago.
Vetch – I think.
The hawthorn bushes are in full bloom.
Across the water, the white of the hawthorns.
Some hawthorn buds yet to open.
Some pink instead of yellow.
A pretty, tiny speedwell.
I'd love to hear from you...
