The New Forest Pony stallion Limekiln Endeavor is still out with his mares, but not for much longer. At the moment, they are only turned out for a month to reduce the amount of foals born each year. There are a number of benefits to this, one of them being to try to prevent them being sold for such a small price that they are sent overseas for meat.
