Great Linford Enclosure – Spring has definately sprung!
Just after entering the Great Linford Enclosure from the car park, a fallen pine creates a natural arch over the path.
Bright green needles on this pine tree.
This photo was meant to be of a still woodland pool, but just as I hit the shutter…..
…a large yellow lab bounded in a for swim!
Out of the enclosure now and down at Linford brook, one of Harry’s favorite places for a swim.
On the banks of the brook, a gorse bush coming into flower.
In the woods on the banks, an old log and some sort of ivy or something – all long dead and dry now.
On a neighbouring tree stump – a variety of mosses – what beautiful greens.
A new foxglove rosette nearby.
Daffodils growing away amongst the trees…
…and the wide bole of an ancient oak tree.
I'd love to hear from you...
